- My sister got a new car through the company and had recommended them to me as I needed a new car myself. She put me in touch with Jay Young, who is very polite, courteous and professional at her job. When Jay wasn't in the office or was busy I dealt with John Tiernan and Jennie Davies, again they were very professional and after speaking to them on many occassions I felt very comfortable leaving things in their hands. When my vehicle was finally delivered I was delighted hence me writing such a positive review. I would definately use this company again.

- I have just completed my first ever online new car transaction having just recieved my BMW Z4 and although I was very tentative at the prospect of entering into this method of car buying, I no longer hold any reservations about entering into such dealings in the future. Having now experienced this method first hand, I can clearly state that I have nothing but praise for the way this company carried out it's business and I found their finance manager Mr John Robertson a real gentlemen and a pleasure to deal with through all stages of the deal. He took personal control of all aspects of the deal (my initial enquiry, new car quote, part exchange deal, lead time, delivery of the new car, collection of our car) from commencement through to completion, with no issues whatsoever. Would I consider dealing with this company in future ?? Definately Yes! Would I recommend this company to my friends ?? Definately Yes!

- I bought my new type S Civic from John and received excellent service and a geat discount. Couldn't be happier with my new car, all aspects of the service I received were great, will definitely recommend to family and friends!!

- Ordered a 1.6 gdi petrol kia sportage in early march 2011. Was advised a 10 week wait and was ok with this. Was offered alternative specs while waiting. In the end i got the car on 8 april so no need for 10 week wait after all. Absolutely hassle free and my contact was John Robertson throughout. Response to emails and calls was excellent. I live in liverpool and was able to pick the car up myself from warrington. Took my old car for part ex and was away in 10 mins. I have not written a review of any type like this before but the whole thing was just so easy and i saved a good few quid into the bargain.would recommend to anyone.

- I have to admit buying a car online is daunting, but to anyone listening out there, this company are actually a finance company behind the name new car discount and when i turned up at there nice office complex at warrington its signage is auto union finance plc .they say they bought the new car discount name in 2009 and added it to their group . its a busy little place with people everywhere but they make you feel at home . i was collected from warrington central station by a driver and driven 5 mins to office to pick up my brand new white nissan qashqai n tec "which i luve " . i paid by debitcard and 5 mins later i was on my way home. they had the car in stock in white so i only waited a week before it was ready . white wouldnt of been my first choice but i m now glad i picked it . i dealt with a chap called derek who was a little sweet :) and everything you d expect a car salesman not to be , ask for him he ll be entertaining if nothing else.

- Although I am used to purchasing items from the internet, I was very nervous about completing such a large transaction for a car. However, my fears were unfounded.Mr Nick Ainley explained the purchasing procedure to me very thoroughly and kept me informed all the way from ordering to delivery. I would not hesitate in recommending Nick and his company and I was more than happy with the price also.

- Just took delivery of the Car, quicker than my Mercedes dealership said they could get it by, in the exact spec and colour I wanted with a £2.5k saving vs dealership - VERY happy !!, good people to deal with, very straight forward, nothing too much bother, the guys were always happy to take my (pain in the a*se)calls asking for details etc while awaiting delivery.

- Went to three Ford franchised showrooms and obtained a very keen discounted price for a Focus, phoned New-Car-Discount (recommendation off my neighbour) got a written quote on the same day beating Fords best price by £1275. Yes £1275. They took a small deposit and delivered the car when promised at the price agreed. Dealt with the same person from start to finish, Nick. Brilliant service.
